As a fifth-generation family business, Andreas Daub sees itself as having a special responsibility. We see high product and service quality as the central pillars for producing handcrafted jewellery in Germany. The tireless endeavour to offer our customers the best service is one of the foundations of our company policy. Our employees are the company’s most important asset. It is our aim to continually honour and recognise their performance. Their health and safety is always our priority.


Supplier relationships

It is important to us to maintain a partnership-based relationship with our suppliers. By introducing supply chain guidelines, we ensure that our suppliers comply with our Code of Conduct and the OECD Guidelines for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas. By disclosing key company information in the KYC (know-your-counterparty) questionnaire by our suppliers and checking the data of all our customers, we ensure that money laundering and corruption in the supply chain are ruled out.


Sustainable action for people & the environment

Acting sustainably – i.e. strengthening people and the environment in the long term instead of exploiting them in the short term – is a deeply rooted principle at Andreas Daub. We are one of the leading training companies in the jewellery industry and promote the continuous further training of our employees. We are also actively committed to protecting the environment: extensive programmes to save water and electricity (for example by reducing machine running times thanks to targeted process control) and the renaturalisation of our company premises are two examples of this.

We fulfil our responsibility as a company towards the city, the region and society by supporting several projects.



As a certified member of the RJC (Responsible Jewellery Council), we are committed to running the company in accordance with the principles of the RJC Code of Practice. In our Code of Practice, we undertake to incorporate all ethnic, human rights, social and environmental considerations into our daily operations, business planning and decision-making processes.

Pforzheim has been the centre of the jewellery and watch industry for more than 250 years. Products “Made in Germany” are known for their high quality standards. We also offer you other advantages.
