It consists of a pendant, ear studs and a ring. The cool blue of the chalcedony harmonises with the warm yellow gold in all pieces of jewellery. All pieces of jewellery are of course also available individually.
What is chalcedony?
Chalcedony is a micro- to cryptocrystalline structural variety of quartz. Chalcedony is colourless to blue-grey. The appearance of chalcedony can be described as translucent, cloudy with a waxy lustre. Chalcedony is found in Namibia, the USA, Brazil, India and Turkey, among other places. In addition to chalcedony, it also goes by other names such as blue moonstone, Californian moonstone, quartzine or milkstone.
How does chalcedony affect body and mind?
The effect of chalcedony is attributed to the mouth and throat area. It is said to have a particularly positive effect on the throat, neck and larynx by making the voice clearer, softer and warmer. It can also have a positive effect on speech disorders and stuttering. In the psychological field, chalcedony is said to increase alertness. It is also said to provide inner peace. It can also help with nightmares and sleep disorders.
